"Shelby came into the room and thoroughly explained every test and measurement she would complete on my son once he was born. She patiently and kindly answered every question. She even told my husband he was more than welcome to take pictures as she completed her work. She worked with him on ensuring the lighting was correct so his pictures would come out well. Shelby also volunteered to take pictures of my son during his first moments on earth. The pictures Shelby took that day were by far my favorite. There are no words to express my gratitude to Shelby for caring enough to take those pictures. Shelby continues to stand out in my mind for her kindness and caring. She went above and beyond and for that I am grateful. Thank you Shelby."
