Although Shelby is only in her first year of nursing, she is very poised, intelligent, and mature. She is incredibly curious, trying to learn as much about medicine as possible, as well as how to become a better nurse. She is always looking to help other team members and stay busy to keep the unit running smoothly. She is outstanding.
