Shelby is an awesome charge nurse who handles the most stressful situations well. She handles them with care and grace. The unit had a violent intervention between two patients and Shelby took charge, made sure everyone was safe, and got us through the shift. As this patient was attacking another patient, a different patient began to cut herself. Shelby also handled that situation and kept all patients and staff safe. She supports all of us and is an advocate for all. Thank you!
