All of my questions and concerns about my stay were answered and she made me feel very welcome. She truly cared about my situation. Shelby's kindness and compassion for me contributed to me feeling relaxed, calm, and at ease during my stay. Shelby is the exact type of person that I dream of having as a nurse when in this type of situation, as she is 100% an outstanding role model. I'm happy to be lucky enough to have had Shelby as my nurse.
