Shelby is an exceptional nurse who definitely displays all of the characteristics of a DAISY Nurse. She took care of my father when he underwent triple bypass surgery. When he returned months later, Shelby remembered him and gladly cared for his every need. She is a true patient advocate. Immediately made him feel comfortable and sensitive to his needs. She knows how to individualize care and calm his irritability. She is a true inspiration to the nursing profession. Our entire family is grateful for her caring professionalism in caring for our elderly father.
