Shelby has been an excellent nurse to our mom. She is caring and attentive to Mom. She explains what is happening in a way she can understand! She's also very reliable. She would reassure Mom about the procedures she was having by giving examples in her own personal life. Shelby has been kind and understanding to Mom, but also to our whole family, even though we aren't her patients!! Shelby is an amazing nurse and an even better person!
