What can I say about Shelby? Shelby is dependable and reliable. She always is there to help all the techs and nurses without hesitation. She goes above and beyond at all times. Shelby is a wonderful Charge Nurse. When Shelby is in charge, staff know it is going to be a great shift and that they will have the support they need. Shelby helps relieve for lunches, answers call lights, helps with all patients, and answers staff, patient, and family questions when they arise. She assures rooms are all set up properly for new patients. Shelby identifies when a staff member is struggling and jumps right in to support them. Shelby also is able to quickly identify patient needs and help resolve any issues.

Shelby always does all of these things with a good attitude and a smile on her face even when times are stressful. Shelby is an excellent example of a team player. I know a lot of the staff look to Shelby as a role model.

I just want Shelby to know how much we appreciate her. We appreciate her leadership, guidance and kindness. Thanks for being you Shelby!
