Shelby has, to our family, been everything this award stands for. Shelby has been a compassionate, kind, caring, and skillful nurse. Shelby always has a smile on her face that makes a whole room of people smile. She always tries to cheer my dad up by bringing him flowers, ice cream, milkshakes, and teasing him.
