Shelby Renner, RN, BSN

My mother fell, and we brought her to the Mercy Lincoln ER. Shelby was the sweetest nurse and so patient with my mom, who also has dementia. She was very gentle and caring, and you can tell she loves her job. Shelby came in quickly and did everything to get her cleaned up, and they scanned her to be sure there was nothing neurologically wrong. She was so gentle and sweet when they were stitching her up.
