Shelby Smith, RN

Every time I work with this nurse she is consistently going above and beyond for her patients. She demonstrates sound clinical judgment, thoughtful interventions, consistent and reliable follow through, always one step ahead and looking for ways she can better help a patient heal physically and meet their emotional needs. She is so impressive and knowledgeable, never sits down, is always kind, and has a great attitude. She takes great care in the way she communicates with patients and staff and advocates for her patient’s needs. She is deserving of great recognition for her hard work.
