My young daughter was in to have her tonsils removed. When she woke up from surgery, she was very upset. Shelby took the time to sit with our family and help soothe my daughter as much as she could. Even though the unit was busy, Shelby made us feel like we were the only patients there. She is an exceptional nurse and we're so thankful to have been in her care that day.
