We arrived at St. Jude and were admitted the following day to the inpatient unit. Several nurses took care of me- all of them excellent, but one nurse, in particular, stood out amongst everyone else. Shelby was very kind, friendly and caring in the way she treated me. Her friendly disposition helped make me feel better. She always had encouraging words for me, and you could see how happy she was with every little improvement I made.
