As nurses, it's in our nature to care for others, not just our patients. On one occasion, I was having a particularly rough day and Sheila took the time to sit and talk with me. Just having her listen helped me get to a better place so that I could be in the proper state of mind to provide care to my patients. Shelia is very supportive of her co-workers and is a valuable member of our team. We're lucky to have her.
