From the start of my nursing journey, Dr. Brooks has been a bright light and encouraging voice. Her wealth of knowledge, words of encouragement, and even comebacks kept me going on this journey! She always pushed us to be nothing but our best foot forward, and she did not accept anything less.

Anytime I felt discouraged or like I wouldn’t make it, she made sure I knew I was enough and was destined to succeed! I will always feel prepared and ready for work because she instilled confidence, knowledge, and grit in me throughout my nursing journey.
