Shelia is a wonderful nurse. She has a wonderful rapport with her patients. You can tell she loves her job and her patients by her actions every day. She listens to them when they talk about their concerns and makes sure to address those concerns promptly. Her patients always feel better when she is their nurse.
Sheila was pushing her patient in the hallway to get him out of the room for a while. They talked and laughed and I could tell by the way he looked at her with such adoration and admiration that she had made his day. I have witnessed this rapport between them demonstrated several other times as well, and with other patients she has cared for. I have great respect and love for Sheila because of the great nurse she is.
