Shella Torres, RN

Shella Torres was our first nurse in the mom-baby unit after my c-section. She gave us a warm, loving, and supportive environment to start our recovery and bonding with our sweet baby girl. Shella shared with us her family's large gatherings, which reminded us of our family. We talked about her culture's recipes and shared ours with her. Shella was instrumental in helping us get comfortable with breastfeeding. She is a poster child for an authentic, compassionate, trustworthy nurse. She and the rest of the staff celebrated me, the dad, on my birthday the day after our daughter was born. Our family is forever grateful to Shella.
