Shellery is compassionate, she makes sure her patients receive quality care. She treats all her patients the same. She is an outstanding team player. She has patience, excellent commination skills, and accepts diversity. She is special and has a heart of gold and upholds Temple University Hospital's values, respect, service, and quality. Almost every shift she works, she will take charge of a 5-patient assignment. There have been times when she was precepting and charge; she is the best.
