Shelley was wonderful throughout my delivery and after. As a first-time mom, there were many fears, questions and thoughts/anxieties going through my head during this process. Shelley showed compassion and empathy far beyond anything I expected to receive. She checked in very often and ensured that not only did I have everything I needed but everything I wanted and was too shy or nervous to request or ask about. Shelley's compassion and professionalism are something I will never forget. I felt like Aurora staff were part of my family and were invested in my care, and the care of my daughter, as I was. Shelley displayed the same devotion and attention from the moment I got here to the moment I left. It is clear how much she cares for her patients and is a testament to the person she is. I will forever be thankful for her care and presence throughout my delivery. She is an absolute asset to this facility.
