Working with Shelly has been a dream. She is kind and courteous with our patients and is so genuine in everything she does to care for them. She remembers patients and their history and she goes above and beyond to get patients seen quickly to address their concerns. She is happy to help not only her own doctor's patients but all the doctors' and locums' patients. She is first to jump out of her seat to help front office staff with patient questions. She is incredible and nothing short of wonderful.
