Shelly Faust, RN

Late on a Friday night, I found myself in the ER experiencing an unbearable amount of pain. From the moment Shelly Faust got me settled in my room, she was empathetic and compassionate. She immediately began tending to my needs and doing anything she could to help me feel more comfortable. Shelly's bedside manner was incredible. She was so personal and "chatty," continually engaging us in conversation that made us feel not just comfortable, but genuinely welcome and cared for. Shelly was so thoughtful and made sure my mom was just as comfortable, even bringing her some much-needed coffee and a blanket while we awaited test results. To top it all off, Shelly's compassion extended beyond her shift; she even followed up with me the next day to see whether my pain was improving. I am immensely thankful that Shelly was there that night to care for me. This isn't an isolated experience; she has also cared for some of my family members in the past, and each time, we have been blessed with the same consistent and compassionate care.
