When Shelly first came into the room, she had a wonderful smile that lit up the room. That made me feel good. She was helpful in getting everything done for me. She went out of her way to make me feel a lot better. She helped to get a list of food which I could eat after I got home. Also, she helped me get into the car. When nurses smile, it makes people feel a lot better.

This nurse is the most compassionate I have dealt with. Her knowledge, directness, and passion for what she does shine bright when it comes to how she treats her patients. She was adamant at being sure everything was being done and done correctly for me so that my treatment and pain management were both under control. Although we are related by marriage, she didn't let her personal feelings get in the way of her honesty and desire to ensure I had the best care possible. She showed that nursing is her true passion and we can't thank her enough.
