I would like to recognize Shelly for caring for my mother. When I arrived from Maryland I was very impressed with Shelly's bedside manner and the way she would caress mother's face when she talked to her. Shelly was able to understand and communicate with mother and it was evident that mother was understanding her. Plus, Shelly had a calming effect on mother when she was agitated, and Shelly was able to explain in laymen terms what was being done, answered every question as well as the reason for the procedure being performed on mother.
Thank you for softening the loss of our mother and the comfort provided to my mother in her final hours.
