My husband started getting sick after midnight and needed lab work, meds, oxygen started and plasma transfusion quickly. Shelly kept calm and got everything done efficiently. At the same time, she took the time to explain everything to me and eased my anxiety. I felt confident that my husband was in good hands with Shelly.
