Shelly is AMAZING! I was in the ER, in unbearable pain. I was lucky to have Shelly as my nurse. She gave me great comfort in her mannerisms and knowledge. Her personality of calmness and caring shows in everything she does. The ER was very busy, but she was still attentive and brought anything I asked for. She was also training Jasmine. This takes so much more patience! It is far easier to complete tasks than to explain each step.
I returned to the ER two days later, again, very uncomfortable. I was relieved when Shelly was again my nurse. How lucky for me. Yes, she is extraordinary!
