Shelly was always considerate and kind to my elderly father, as well as me, as my dad recuperated after surgery. She was knowledgeable when asked questions and went out of her way to make all of us comfortable. I watched her with co-workers and she demonstrated a great rapport with them. If I were a patient here, I would want Shelly as my nurse.
