I am a five organ transplant patient. I have a complicated case with lots of medications. I was admitted late and a lot of my meds needed clarification-so first thing in the morning, Shelley was right on top of clarifying orders and calling the Doctor to make adjustments and has been great at staying on top of my pain and scheduled meds, sometimes hourly. Shelley has an excellent bedside manner and truly cares about her patient's needs and was great at juggling many demands and medical needs.
