Shelly Strancke, BSN, RN

Shelly was so kind and compassionate and jumped right into caring for my 6-year-old daughter when we came into the ED with shortness of breath. She was calm and helped keep my daughter calm by explaining the plan of care and what she was doing. She kept me comfortable and informed me of the plan, even letting me use her stethoscope to hear that my daughter's breathing was improving. Thank you, Shelly!
