It is hard to pick out one story. Shelly impacts all of the patients in ICU each day. She works so very hard every day to keep the unit flowing. She helps each and every nurse, patient, and family. She gives baths, meds, and transports and let's not forget bed flow!! She cares so much for the patients and for the nurses. She always puts the needs of others before herself. A true testament to selfless giving, an extraordinary example of nursing, and working as a team. I would love to see Shelly receive an honor that shows her how much she is appreciated and admired by all those she comes in contact with.
