She was my nurse two times when my procedure was stopped after I was under anesthesia because the special ultrasound machine malfunctioned. She was very sympathetic to my disappointment and frustration. She made extra efforts by taking me in a wheelchair to my car. She said she would be there again when the surgery was rescheduled. Indeed, she was there to help me and my wife and daughter. She taught me the workings of the catheter I would have for a week at home. She spent extra time with us, giving extra tips to make using it easier than the last time I was on a catheter a year or so ago. She is very special. Thank you for all you do.
