Shelton is very knowledgeable in his field and very compassionate as well. Very friendly and straightforward. Welcoming and made sure I felt like I literally had a relative at the hospital. There was an incident in which my friend was hurt badly. We rushed to the nearest hospital, Mediclinic Windhoek, for assistance at the ER. We were received by nurse Shelton Hikwa, who was very calm and communicated with us at every step until our friend was released from the hospital. We were all in a state of panic, but he brought a great sense of calm to the situation.
