I selected Shema because she is kind, friendly, hardworking, active, and smart. She was there whenever needed. I was really comfortable with her because she was a good listener, comforting Mama (the patient) all the time. Smart when asked about something and not skeptical about treating Mama. And most importantly, she was respectful.
