I brought my child to the ER at Saudi German Hospital because she had a small cut on her hand. It was busy in the ER, but Ms. Shemma came to us immediately and attended to my child. She placed us in a room, provided my daughter with a blanket, and talked to my child all the time. While Ms. Shemma and the doctor treated my daughter's wound, she talked to her, reassured her safety, and made jokes with her. Because of this, my daughter was not crying, and she was not nervous throughout the procedure. This means a lot to me as a father; the concern, immediate response, and reassurance Ms. Shemma gave us made us feel that we were important and cared for.
