March 2019 Honoree
sheniqua rolle, RN
Shonnie was with our son his first night in MSICU when he was on the ventilator. She was doing nursing interventions every 15-30 minutes to manage his condition. She was responsive to his needs providing care for his comfort. She allowed me to help her care for my son.
She was calm, compassionate and had good judgment in communicating with the medical providers his condition and obtaining orders to address his needs.
She is kind, has a good sense of humor and made sure that I was taken care of when I spent the night at my son's bedside. Our family is so grateful for the wonderful care for our son and the considerations for our huge family.

Thank you, Sheniqua, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
