Shenise consistently exudes teamwork; no job is too big or small. She never hesitates to help the staff by transporting patients to MRI, starting IVs, answering call bells, and admitting patients from the ER, even when she has a full patient assignment herself. Shenise is reliable, knowledgeable, articulate and a great asset to our department. Shenise advocates for our patients and staff, and effectively communicates with physicians to escalate the level of patient care when warranted.
