Sheralee has been my nurse on more than one stay at this hospital. She has always gone out of her way to take the time to make sure I understood everything that was going on and reassure me that everything was going to be fine. No matter how scared or upset I was she always took the time to comfort and reassure not only myself but my family as well.
After I was discharged, my father was admitted into the ICU. When I was visiting, Sheralee not only remembered me but recalled everything that was wrong and made sure I was okay. When I was visiting my father, she would take the time and talk with me and ask every time I visited my father how he was doing and how I was doing with my chest pains. I don't think a thank you will ever show how much I appreciate everything Sheralee has done and how much it means to my family and me.
