Shereen Mitchell is very knowledgeable, professional, and goes the extra, extra mile. Shereen is very caring, compassionate, and anticipates the needs of the hospital. She is amazing! When you see that you are working with Shereen, it is a feeling of joy.
I recall a few months ago I was in the cafeteria and I saw how very caring and helpful she was to a man saying he had chest pain, and getting him the help he needed. A few days ago, there was a family situation in the lobby and Shereen went above and beyond to see that she got someone to come meet with the family to resolve the situation.
She really encourages me to do better and serve better every day. She is a shining star!
