Ms. Carrow always greets my family with a smile no matter what may be happening in the emergency room. We know how busy the emergency department is but this is the closest facility and the most family-friendly atmosphere. She is happy to share a little about herself to make us feel at ease during our visits. She is very knowledgeable and even goes the extra mile to give advice that she may have experienced. I will never forget the way she treated my brother when he was ill, she made him smile when he was in tears. She gave him stickers galore because it was the only thing that would keep him calm, she talked him through his IV and his breathing treatment. She is a blessing to have at the Smyrna Emergency Department.
