Nurse Sheri is so wonderful and caring! When my daughter was moved from the ICU, Sheri had a note on the white board to greet her then greeted us personally within minutes. She was so kind and gentle with our daughter. She was proactive and efficient. She got all of my questions answered within minutes regarding when we’d see the trauma surgeon, timing and results of urine labs and blood work. Also, she kindly responded to getting us a room change. She was so gentle, sweet and loving, we were sad to say goodbye. She was so personable, my daughter appreciated that Sheri came and hugger her goodbye.
