She takes the time to answer my questions when I phone without rushing me. When she says she's going to return my call, she always does. She cares about my health. I consider her more than a nurse. When a pharmacy has a question or if an insurance company needs more paperwork, she promptly gets completed what I can't do. She has the personality, disposition, and empathy that makes her shine. Thank you, Sheri. I've noticed her help patients up in waiting rooms to go back and be seen by the doctor. Her smile is warm and comforting. My visits are always upbeat and never dull and dry. I feel like she's my own personal nurse.
