Sheri Spanns, RN

Sheri received an 'Outstanding / Exceeds Expectations' performance evaluation for her recent assignment at Sanford Chamberlain Medical Center. The Clinical Nurse Manager shared, 'Sheri was able to adapt quickly when needed. As a critical access hospital, we have changes in the volume and severity of illness quickly. She did a wonderful job staying calm, triaging, working as a team, and identifying interventions needed. She is an excellent nurse.' Her assignment was extended as a result of her high-quality work.
