I entered the building before my mother to complete the paperwork. I was greeted by this nurse, and she was very helpful to me. Her compassion, professionalism, and integrity remained from our first encounter until the day my mother left.

Although this was an extremely hard situation, she made it comforting, and I understood so much. She treated my mother like her own. I hope you realize what an extremely valuable employee you have.

I will be forever grateful for the care she gave to my mother and me. She deserves a nurse’s gold medal for her care, compassion, hard work, love, respectfulness, understanding, and her listening skills. I want her to receive all the recognition she deserves for what she did for us.
