Sherille Sawyer, BSN, RN, CCRN
Sherille joined the ICU during the challenging time when three of the four ANMs had left. Despite this challenging situation, she remained in the ICU, providing invaluable support to the ICU Manager. Sherille's dedication to the unit is truly admirable. She consistently shows her commitment by saying, 'I am here for the staff.' Her leadership and positive presence have promoted a supportive and encouraging environment.
Sherille has made significant contributions to the ICU, including:
Collaborating with materials and management to improve supply efficiency.
Ensuring that our equipment is up-to-date and well-maintained.
Advocating for staff development and training, such as RRT and SL.
Mentoring and training new ANMs.
