Sherin is not just a nurse; she is an angel and a balm. She treats her patients like a mother and a sister, easing their pain, exhaustion, and weakness after childbirth. She calms them and gives them reassurance. It is hard for me to count the stories of mine and my patients with Sherin. However, I will mention some of the stories I will never forget: - One of my patients entered the delivery room to attempt a natural birth after having a previous C-section. During labor, the fetal heart rate and uterine contractions appeared normal, and the attending doctor didn’t notice anything to be concerned about. But suddenly, the fetal heart rate dropped, and Nurse Sherin immediately called me and transferred the patient to the operating room. We discovered that the uterus had ruptured, but thank God we were able to save the baby. Based on my experience, if we had been delayed by just 10 minutes and Sherin hadn’t noticed the change in the fetal heart rate, we wouldn’t have been able to save the baby or the mother.

In another story: After one of my patients gave birth on a Friday, Sherin noticed a blood collection under the stitching area. She informed the attending doctor, but the doctor decided to monitor the patient for a while before informing me to avoid bothering me on a Friday. During this time, Sherin contacted me directly and told me that the patient's condition required my immediate presence. When I arrived and examined the patient, I transferred her to the operating room for a general anesthesia examination, cleaned the blood collection, and re-stitched her. As a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynecology, I trust Sherin completely and feel at ease when she is in the delivery room because of her extensive experience.
