She has turned a clinic that was so divided into one that works like a well-oiled machine, and it's only getting better under her leadership.
Sherrell became the manager of our clinic when we were really struggling. She was our third manager in the span of just a few months, most of our staff had gone, most of the remaining left shortly after as well. Sherrell has done an INCREDIBLE job rebuilding our clinic, providing guidance, support, and understanding to patients, providers, and staff during a very difficult and stressful transition. She has turned a clinic that was so divided into one that works like a well-oiled machine, and it's only getting better under her leadership. Our staff, providers, and patients are incredibly lucky to have her. She's honest, fair, compassionate, and just. She does not play favorites; I honestly think we all feel like we're her favorite. After seeing three different managers while working in this position, Sherrell has done a better job bringing structure and stability to patient care than I have seen in my 10-year nursing experience.
