Sherri Kretkowski, RN

Sherri was the discharge nurse for one our post-op patients who is a para-pelagic in the Ambulatory Surgical Unit. Sherri located a Hoyer lift to safely transfer the patient. Sherri kept the patient safe and secure, updated his mother, and got help from the OR and other staff to ensure that the patient was discharged safely home with his family. Sherri also spent a great amount of time to clearly review all the patient discharge instructions with the patient and his mother. Sherri consistently demonstrates compassionate care and embodies our mission.
