Sherri's interactions with patients are kind and caring, and her follow-through to assure their concerns are addressed is unparalleled. Sherri continuously takes on tasks to improve patient care, from working on care pathways, standardizing care, to improving patient communication and safety.

If a patient needs attention, Sherri will ensure the patient receives the best care that we as a team can provide. She will not assume her job is complete until she knows her patients receive optimal care. She holds herself and her physician colleagues to a high standard of patient care, and I appreciate how she makes those around her (including her physician colleagues) better. Sherri offers a great example of team-based care, and her dedication to her patients and her team members is exceptional.
