Sherry answered all our questions with knowledge, kindness, and patience. She made phone calls to the Pharmacy and really went the extra mile on discharge day to explain everything, sometimes even 3 or 4 times. This is another excellent example of the Nursing Team you have on the Step-Down ICU unit.
