Sherry Clements, LPN

Since February 2024, Sherry Clements, LPN (in collaboration with Sadarious Hill, ATL Volunteer Services Specialist, and Must Ministries) has been focused on establishing a monthly free food pickup at the Pickens CBOC for Veterans, the goal of which is to decrease food insecurities for Veterans. She is the organizer of the monthly staff luncheons at the CBOC, whereby the nurses volunteer to bring and share food and desserts with all the members of the clinic. Ms. Clements' efforts and collaboration bring the clinic together and support a healthy workplace culture, improve team connections, improve morale, reinforce positive communication, and, hopefully, improve overall staff retention.
