Her patient's doctor nominated Sherry, saying,

I had an (ICU) patient who was very critically ill. I rounded with Sherry Fulmer. She gave me one of the best nursing reports I have ever had in any hospital in my entire career. This young lady has only been a nurse since the summer but she is an intelligent, sharp, squared away, straightforward, no-nonsense nurse who is destined to have a wonderful career. Sherry should be given every opportunity to flex her muscles and reach the highest level of nursing practice that she wants to strive for. I am certain that she is going to be successful in any type of nursing she pursues. My experience with her was so refreshing and overall helped in the patient care because she knew exactly what she was doing and what the patient needed for continued progress.
