Sherry primarily works with our Family Practice Residents. The majority of her patients are non-resourced or undocumented. Sherry goes above and beyond for her patients in providing them with the resources and care they need. She has identified benefits for compassionate hemodialysis patients that others overlooked. She has helped patients with alcoholism by providing honest and true empathy by reaching them, connecting with them, to provide the help and support they need. Sherry fights for her patients to obtain additional therapy. She transitions patients into hospice by walking through each step with the patient. She is a true team player and a DAISY Nurse.
